We also aspire to create a "NURTURE MOVEMENT” that women feel is an invaluable addition to living a balanced life - embracing small self-care lessons that ease stress and create vibrant health.
Julie is a passionate seeker of wellness trends, natural beauty alternatives and personal growth. She also believes we can manifest whatever we want in our lives which is how she finds herself in the role of CEO of Bliss Kit.
Ask her close friends and family and they will tell you that Julie is always enthusiastically sharing new wisdom she has unearthed on how to feel, look and live more joyously. She intends to share that same passion with every subscriber of Bliss Kit, and welcomes a dialogue with Bliss Kit customers on what you would like to learn, see, or experience in our Kits.
Felicia Tomasko has spent more of her life practicing Yoga and Ayurveda than not. She was initially introduced to the teachings through the writings of the Transcendentalists, meditation, and using asana to cross-train for her practice of cross-country running.
Between beginning her commitment to Yoga and Ayurveda and today she earned degrees in environmental biology and anthropology and nursing. Her commitment to writing is at least as long as her commitment to yoga.
Doug has had a long and varied career in the magazine business in sales, marketing, editorial, and printing. As one of the original partners of Healing Retreats & Spas magazine Doug experienced publishing in the mind, body, and spirit space and has never looked back.
In 2003 he dove headlong into the online space with the wellness website and e-commerce store Find Bliss based on the concepts he developed at Healing Retreats & Spas. He joined forces with Felicia Tomasko in 2011 to create the Bliss Network with the merger of Find Bliss, LA Yoga Magazine and Bliss Kit.
When choosing products for our upcoming Bliss Kits we find new and existing products that meet our quality requirements and then research the work ethics, mission and vision of the companies, their founders and their teams.
Regenerative agriculture is a sub-sector of organic farming that regenerates unhealthy soils and builds upon soil fertility, in order to protect and restore the earth. Regenerative agricultural practices go beyond organic and sustainable agriculture, by regenerating the soil, land, and surrounding ecosystem in order to restore vibrant health to the environment.
For our plant based partners this is a key metric in our selection process.
We also look for partners that include charitable contributions and partnerships with causes close to their mission as integral components of their business model. This can be anything from cash contribution to empower and educate young girls, paying for continuing education for staff, planting trees and reforestation, running manufacturing plants off grid using renewable energy.
MAKE IT A BLISSFUL DAY!
